Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your received the product , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your google pay , paytm or to your bank , within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or any size issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Note:
  1. Sometimes you may receive any damaged/defective product. Please send an email at [email protected] .in within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We will refund your money by NEFT if you made payments through ‘cash on delivery’ mode, and if your payment is made through credit/ debit card or net banking then the amount is credited to your account from which the payment was made within 7 working days
  2. If you want a refund for the items you must sent us original packing with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
  3. If our Quality inspection team does not validate your returns it will be shipped back to your address with prior notice via phone or email.

We offer many coupon codes to our customers . As pr there shopping amount and quantity . All coupon codes are valid only for prepaid orders . We offer 6% to 40 % off on there orders as pr there order amount . One coupon code is valid for an order . Some times people apply 2-3 coupon codes on one order . As a result order got invalid and our team will contact the buyer
